2017 Band Alumni Reunion Registration

JUNE 2 & 3, 2017

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Friday June 2nd 4:30pm-5:00pm Check-In (High School lobby)
5:00pm-6:30pm Rehearsal at ESM High School for those who can make it.
7:00pm Meet at Trappers on Butternut Dr. (not included in cost of reunion)
 
Saturday June 3rd 11:30am-Noon Check-In (High School lobby)
Noon – 3:00pm Rehearsal at ESM High School
5:00pm Meet at Minoa Elementary for warm ups
6:00pm Minoa Field Days parade (we’re on first!!)
7:00pm-11:00pm Reunion at E. Syracuse American Legion – dinner, cash bar, 50/50, Raffle and reminiscing
 
Parade Music: You can download the Parade Tune By Clicking Here!
 
Uniform: Orange t-shirts (same as 2015), navy blue shorts or capris, sneakers. No denim. T-shirts are not to be cut-up or torn.
 
Cost: $28/person includes food Saturday night (including tax and service fee), soda, hall rental, bartender(s) and supplies.
$12 for the Parade t-shirt (if you don’t have one from 2015)
